The hotel was immaculately clean and the location was particularly good and very convenience in a taxi they 've called for us. Location: the property was right by the center of the town and popular eateries and the Old quater. We went out for dinner, found Spoonit House, it was not too far away from the hotel❤

The apartment was spacious and clean, with separate bathrooms for my wife and me. The open plan dining and lounge area provided a great space for us to relax and spend time together. The staff were respectful and always ready to assist us. We loved the fact that there was a supermarket nearby and plenty of dining options to choose from. The location in the modern part of Hanoi was a refreshing contrast to the Old Quarter. The breakfast included at the adjacent café was upmarket with a variety of choices. We were also impressed by the numerous TV channels and the excellent Wi-Fi connection. At $NZ81 per night, it was well worth the price. Plus, the view from our apartment during a thunderstorm was simply breathtaking!

For families with children, it would be great to have a list of recommended family-friendly activities and attractions in the apartment.

the breakfast was delicious, the check in was easy. the room was neat and wonderful with fully equipped kitchen, so much space plus 2 bedrooms.

It has FAVOURABLE central location near lots of restaurants. Plus, this hotel is next to city centre, railway station, other attractions, and popular eateries.

Hotel turned out to be immaculately clean and the breakfast option was delicious and excellent. The room was cozy and spacious, offered central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The bed was comfy and we received great service. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent lot of time. The location was excellent, in a lovely cafe and the interior design was nice. Besides, it was close enough to the center of the town, city centre, railway station and Old Quarter. The stay was such wonderful.

The staff rocked and made us feel like VIPs. The pool was totally sick and the perfect spot to chill and catch some rays. Plus, the location was lit and close to all the lit parties in town!

One thing we wished for was a killer rooftop bar where we could turn up and party all night long. It would have taken our stay to the next level, no doubt.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this warm and affordable hotel. The coffee shop, just 15 meters from the entrance, was a great convenience and opened early until late. The breakfast offered healthy options and the room was clean with fully functional kitchen appliances. The comfortable bed and sound-proof room ensured a peaceful sleep. Each room has its own strong WiFi connection. The location is great, with plenty of nearby eateries and easy access to Grab services. The hotel even provides bicycles for guests to use, which we enjoyed for exploring the Old Quarter. We will definitely be back!

I chose this hotel for my business trip because it provided easy access to the Central Business District of Hanoi and the new Urban Town, as well as the entertainment and shopping facilities in downtown Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel facilities were excellent and contributed to a comfortable stay.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

Spacious suite, beautiful balcony, good location, strong water pressure, helpful staff, plenty of plug-ins.

The apartment I stayed in during my business trip was very spacious and had plenty of storage space. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the complimentary water provided in the room. the location was also great because it was easy to get around to different areas of the city for business meetings and sightseeing.

The breakfast offered was quite expensive for the quality of the food. the coffee and juice were not very good and the fruit looked old.

I loved the spacious and clean apartment, as well as the fantastic pool which was a real luxury. The staff were very kind and always helpful, and there were plenty of amenities like a playroom and sauna. Additionally, the location was great as there were lots of restaurants nearby and it was always easy to get a taxi.

The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, amenities worked perfectly, and the sound-proofing was excellent. The in-room wifi was strong, and the staff were attentive and responsive to guests' needs. Breakfast was included and featured healthy options. The hotel also offered convenient Grab services and free bikes for guests. There were plenty of restaurants and a superstore nearby, perfect for quick meals or shopping for necessities.

The hotel staff's attempts to charge extra for services was not a pleasant experience.
